These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Skopiz platform (the “Service”): analysis tools, trading journal, coach, and bots for automated execution of a strategy. By creating an account, you accept the Terms.
The Service is published by Michael V.R, a sole proprietorship (natural person) trading under the business name “Skopiz”, with registered office at Chaussée de Waterloo 1445, 1180 Brussels (Belgium), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under no. BE 0800.588.510.
Skopiz provides software tools and a strategy applied to markets (MNQ Futures, US100 CFD). The bots install on the user's computer and run the strategy on their own broker accounts. Skopiz never holds the user's funds and places no order on their behalf other than through the bot installed and activated by the user.
Access requires creating an account and, depending on the features, a paid subscription (free trial available). Prices, durations and terms are shown on the Plans page. Payments are handled by a third-party provider (Stripe). The user may cancel at any time under the terms of their plan.
Trading carries a risk of capital loss, up to the entire amount committed. Skopiz provides tools and a strategy, does not constitute investment advice and guarantees no result. Past performance does not predict future performance. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and for configuring their accounts.
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law, not to share their credentials, not to attempt to bypass protections, and to provide accurate information. Proper operation of the bot requires a computer that is on and connected during sessions; Skopiz is not liable for missed opportunities if these conditions are not met.
The Service, the strategy, the software, the “Skopiz” brand and the content are the exclusive property of Michael V.R (Skopiz) or its licensors. No reproduction, decompilation or resale is permitted without written agreement.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Skopiz cannot be held liable for trading losses, service interruptions, malfunctions of a broker or third party, or any indirect damage. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months of subscription.
Skopiz may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of the Terms. The user may delete their account at any time; data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
