Michael V.R (Skopiz), Chaussée de Waterloo 1445, 1180 Brussels (Belgium), BCE BE 0800.588.510, is the controller of the personal data collected via the Service. Contact: contact@skopiz.ai.
We collect: email address and username (account), subscription and payment data (via Stripe, we do not store card numbers), the trading data you connect (journal, read-only), and technical data (logs, IP address) needed for operation and security.
The data is used to: provide the Service (performance of the contract), manage subscriptions and billing, ensure security, and contact you (support, notifications). Some processing is based on your consent (e.g. alert emails), revocable at any time.
Broker connections are read-only or via revocable OAuth authorization. MT4/MT5 credentials are encrypted and sent to our data provider; they are not kept in plain text by Skopiz. OAuth tokens (cTrader…) are stored securely server-side and can be revoked from “My account”.
Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then deleted or anonymized. Accounting and billing data is kept for as long as required by legal obligations (up to 10 years in Belgium).

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication), which do not require consent. No advertising cookie is placed.
